Bajaj Launches its 'Adventure Sports' line-up. Reveals Pulsar AS200 and AS150 main specs, features and price.

Looks like the chaps at Bajaj Auto have sworn of raining the market with their products off late. While the new RS200 is still keeping people busy gawking wide-eyed on it, the automaker has already put forward another potential crowd-puller in front of us. Today, they have launched another line-up into their products, calling it Adventure Sports. The new line-up, as the name itself suggests, is to comprise sports touring and probably off-roading focused motorcycles. As of now, they have placed two if their much anticipated new products in the line-up, namely Pulsar AS200 and PulsarAS150. These motorcycles are essentially great options for touring enthusiasts who have always felt neglected in the crazy-for-faired-machines kind of market we have here.

Hero might soon launch an Impulse 250, right after HX250R.

Back then, it was a joy to the ears of touring and offroading enthusiasts in India when Hero MotoCorp announced about the launch of its 'Transroader', a word Hero used to describe its Onroad/Offroad motorcycle, Impulse. When it was finally launched, the numbers in the sales sheets went pretty well initially. But on a longer run, it was constantly losing the numbers compared to as expected on the sales front. The downfall can, ofcourse, be attributed to the underpowered mill doing its duty under its saddle. However, sensing the problem, Munjal(s) decided to halt its production which was dissappointing for a large number of enthusiasts as it was one of a kind.Though the bike was discontinued with a note stating that they'll bring the great product back with bigger displacement motor.

The reknowned German automaker BMW has been caught testing a motorcycle which could most probably compete with the Ducati Multistrada for being a highly multipurpose (or rather, multi-terrain) premium motorcycle in the world. The BMW S1000F will be Bavarians' much awaited answer to Multistrada and will be based on their flagship motorcycle, the faired S1000RR. It is expected that the bike will make its first public appearance at Intermot 2014 in October.
